I'm excited to offer you a single room in our family home here in Sant Vicenç dels Horts, Barcelona. We're a very welcoming Spanish/Argentinian family, consisting of my husband and myself. I have two daughters, but one is already living independently, and the other is going to study in the USA, so it's just the two of us now. We love meeting international students and sharing our culture and traditions. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, a 25-minute train ride from Plaza Espanya, close to public transportation and local shops. The room is spacious and fully equipped for your comfort. Additionally, you'll have access to the kitchen, shared bathroom, and a lovely terrace. Once your rental is confirmed, we’ll share the landlord’s contact info so you can arrange your move-in.
Tenant Protection is our service to help you rent with peace of mind. We hold all payments you make through our platform before move-in, including the first month's rent and any deposit. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
